Assembly and Fabrication Divisions:

Comply with all company safety procedures, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and report hazards immediately. Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality in accordance with assigned schedules. Exhibit professionalism, cooperation, and accountability in all workplace interactions. Handle company tools, equipment, and materials responsibly and maintain them in good condition. Participate in job-related training and skills development as assigned. Adhere to production and quality standards to ensure consistent and accurate work output. All technicians must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and work safely on ladders above head height.

Assembly II Pay Range:

$22 - $26 per hour Basic tool knowledge and ability to work independently. Consistent use of safe work practices and required PPE. Willingness to learn new skills and follow direction. Strong organizational and basic computer skills. Understand the basic functions of ODOO. Perform basic builds without supervision. Perform more complex builds with direction or supervision. Update bills of materials (BOMs) in the Blue Book.

Pay:

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
