Job Title:

Assembly Technician Job Description This role requires the assembly of components and subassemblies using detailed assembly instructions and various tools, ensuring each piece fits correctly and meets specified requirements. The position offers opportunities for wage increases and includes a sign-on bonus along with various benefits. Responsibilities Utilize assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, parts lists, tools, and materials to assemble components. Position parts and subassemblies using templates or by reading measurements. Examine connections for correct fit and fasten parts and subassemblies. Verify specifications by measuring completed components. Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications and notify supervisors for additional resources. Contribute to the team by accomplishing results as needed. Cross-train in all areas of assembly and assist in other departments as required. Essential Skills Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical assembly. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams. Physical capability to stand constantly and lift up to 50 lbs. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with electrical, schematic, and wiring assembly. Ability to build and verify specifications with precision using tape measures. Experience in construction and production environments. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
