Key Responsibilities:

Supports production operations within safety, quality, budgetary, and regulatory guidelines by ensuring timely and efficient maintenance of all operations equipment and assets. Enhance the overall quality, safety, and reliability of the assets while maintaining regulatory compliance. Direct supervision of technical/maintenance staff, providing day-to-day technical leadership as well as managing PM programs and projects. Maintains documentary evidence of key events in installation and maintenance activity and provides technical advice in problem-solving

Qualifications:

5+ years of maintenance experience - food manufacturing preferred. 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience. High-level attention to detail Experience with quality systems and regulations. Experience with Microsoft Office applications, and ERP software systems. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Ability to work in wet, fast-paced food production environments.
