This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position offering $19 per hour, Monday through Friday, 8 hour shift starting at 5am, 6am or 10:30am Responsibilities Assemble aluminum frames and components accurately using various hand tools. Ensure all assembled products meet quality standards by performing inspections. Maintain a clean and safe work area following company safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets. Report any defects or production issues to the supervisor promptly. Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience using hand tools in an assembly or manufacturing environment is required. Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity. Ability to read and follow detailed instructions. Previous window assembly experience a plus!
