Assembly/Shipping and Receiving Specialist

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products with precision, adhering to schematics and blueprints, and ensuring quality standards are met. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, including shipping and receiving where mechanical knowledge and proficiency with various tools are essential for success. Responsibilities Assemble parts and components according to detailed schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other fabrication tools Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately Maintain quality control by inspecting assembled parts with precision measurement instruments Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment throughout the manufacturing process Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and optimize assembly processes Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing, assembly, or fabrication environments preferred Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other measurement devices Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance Warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment This position provides an engaging opportunity for individuals with mechanical aptitude and technical skills to contribute to high-quality manufacturing projects.
