Administers and manages a multi-appropriion financial program, ensuring operions are aligned with complex Department of War (DoW) planning, budgeting, and funding requirements. Provides leadership and guidance to subordine managers and staff regarding operional priorities, resource allocion, program implemention, and performance results.
