What You'll Do:

Build and maintain relationships with business owners, HR departments, and decision-makers. Educate employers on supplemental benefit solutions that support retention and employee satisfaction. Work one-on-one with individual clients to design benefit plans tailored to their needs. Develop leadership skills with opportunities to mentor and train new team members.
