To Be Determined Job Description This is a part-time position reporting to the Athletic Director. Responsibilities

To maintain transportation schedule and sign-ups of school vans for all of WCS
To maintain athletic slideshow with weekly schedules, news and information
Assists AD in regular updates to WCS Athletics social media platforms including daily sports schedule
To participate with AD in coaching interviews and coach selection decisions
Attend preseason Athletic Parent Meetings
To assist AD in routine tasks such as preparing athletic facilities for competitions.
To work closely with the AD in maintaining and developing a successful athletic department.
To contribute to discussions regarding athletics policies and procedures
To be available for game site administrator duties during the fall and winter sports seasons at 2X per week.
To be available to help cover admin responsibilities at MIAA tournament games.
