Production Operator I

$500 Retention Bonus after 90 day!! Additional $500 after 180 day!! Benefits after 30 Days! Responsible for the assembling of structural glass and metal products using machines, tools and hands.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Accurately interprets assembly instructions, measurements and sketches. Determines if all required parts are in stock. Fabricates and assembles metal products accurately. Removes inventory from system as used to ensure that inventory is current at all times. Ensure the working environment is clean and safe. Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Ability to read a tape measure and identify written measurements. Operates machinery including saws, drills and power tools. Strong attention to detail skills and ability to follow directions. Strong team player.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift glass up to 70lbs, stand, walk, and bend

Work Environment:

Warehouse setting.

Required Education:

High school diploma or G.E.D.

Required Experience:

None. Warehouse and/or construction background a plus.
