  • Full-time Assistant Delivery & Installation Manager The Fitness Resource of New York LLC Position Summary The Fitness Resource of New York LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Delivery & Installation Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our Installation Department.
This position works closely with the Delivery & Installation Manager to oversee scheduling, fleet coordination, customer communication, job tracking, and field operations while ensuring a high level of customer service and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, a strong communicator, and willing to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist in managing the daily operations of the installation department Help coordinate and schedule delivery and installation appointments Assist with scheduling and organizing the company truck fleet Input customer orders, quotes, and job details into company systems Contact customers to confirm appointments and provide installation updates Support field installation teams by overseeing job progress and assisting with day-to-day operational needs Work closely with the warehouse and receiving teams to ensure equipment is prepared and organized for upcoming jobs Maintain accurate records, schedules, and customer communication logs Help resolve scheduling conflicts and customer service concerns professionally and efficiently Ensure all projects are completed in a timely and organized manner Assist management with additional operational and administrative duties as needed Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to company needs Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple departments Experience in logistics, scheduling, operations, delivery coordination, or customer service preferred Basic computer and data entry skills required Preferred Skills Experience coordinating delivery or installation teams Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory processes Ability to manage multiple schedules and deadlines simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think proactively Work Environment Office and warehouse environment with regular communication with field teams Fast-paced operations supporting delivery and installation services throughout the region Supportive team environment Hands-on experience in operations and logistics management Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth within the company 401K Health/Dental Paid PTO /
