Key Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing day-to-day rehab operations Support and guide therapy staff (PT, OT, SLP, PTA, COTA) Help manage scheduling, staffing, and workflow Ensure compliance with documentation and regulatory standards Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary coordination Provide clinical support as needed

What We're Looking For:
