Assistant Director of Residential Services Retention Bonus:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader in the disabilities services field to oversee and provide leadership to four community residences and their management teams.What You'll Do:
As the Assistant Director of Residential Services, you will: Lead with purpose: Guide and empower residential managers to deliver the highest quality of care aligned with Greystone's core values: Respect, Integrity, Compassion, Honesty, and Diversity.Foster team success:
Coach and support residential teams to achieve their goals, solve problems effectively, and ensure operations run smoothly.Drive program excellence:
Monitor program budgets, ensure proper staffing coverage within labor budgets, and oversee operations to meet the evolving needs of those we support.Stay adaptable:

What We're Looking For:
Education:
A bachelor's degree in a related field is required to qualify as a QIDP (Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional) when needed.Experience:
Proven supervisory experience in the I/DD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) field, with demonstrated ability to lead teams independently.Skills:
