ENGAGEMENT
Pay Grade 42 Proposed Salary $45,000- $50,000 Sponsorship Information Applicants must be currently authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States on a full-time basis.

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications Education:
A Bachelor's degree is required. A Master's degree in Educational Administration, College Student Personnel, or other related field is preferred.Experience:
At least one year of experience with social Greek letter organizations in a leadership or advisory capacity is required. At least one year of direct advisory experience with student organizations is preferred. Experience supervising full-time staff is preferred. At least two years of experience in advising, event planning, educational administration, leadership training, or related student affairs experience is required. Two years working as a graduate assistant in one of these areas may be substituted for one year of the required professional experience.Skills:
Excellent organizational abilities, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills are required. Demonstrated problem-solving ability is required. Computer literacy is required.Other:
The scope of the position frequently requires attendance at evening andor weekend activities, meetings, seminars, and workshops.
