Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Servers Manager to lead our front-of-house team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role is perfect for a passionate hospitality professional eager to oversee daily restaurant operations, motivate staff, and ensure top-tier customer service. As a key leader, you will manage service standards, coordinate food and beverage operations, and foster a positive environment that promotes teamwork and excellence. Your expertise will help create memorable moments for our guests while maintaining smooth and efficient restaurant functions. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of servers, bartenders, and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Lead staff training and development initiatives to enhance skills in food preparation, customer service, POS systems, and food safety protocols. Oversee shift management, ensuring proper staffing levels, timely service, and adherence to operational standards. Manage inventory control processes, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and oversee POS operations during shifts. Maintain high standards of food handling, safety compliance, and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen management on food production, quality control, and catering or banquet services when applicable. Support management in budgeting efforts and cost control measures to optimize restaurant profitability. Foster a welcoming environment that emphasizes exceptional customer service and hospitality at all times. Participate in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members to build a strong team culture. Experience Proven supervisory or management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants, casual dining establishments, or fine dining settings. Extensive knowledge of food industry operations including food preparation, food safety standards, and culinary practices. Hands-on experience with POS systems such asToast POS for order processing and sales tracking. Demonstrated ability in staff training & development, team management, and leadership roles within hospitality environments. Background in managing inventory control, budgeting, shift scheduling, and food production processes. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences in both casual dining and hotel settings. Experience supervising kitchen operations or overseeing catering events like banquets is highly desirable.
