  • Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare a diverse range of Western dishes with consistency, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strictly adhere to established recipes and plating standards to ensure consistently high-quality output.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in full compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks—including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients—to ensure a smooth and efficient service flow.
  • Precisely control cooking times and temperatures to ensure every dish is cooked to perfection.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure that orders are prepared and delivered accurately and in a timely manner, while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Strictly observe all safety protocols at all times, and operate various kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor throughout all shifts.
  • Job Requirements
  • Possess extensive and solid professional experience as a Western Cuisine Chef (or in a role specializing in similar culinary styles).
  • Demonstrate deep professional knowledge of Western culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and plating standards.
  • Possess the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining precise attention to detail.
  • Exhibit excellent teamwork skills, a positive and optimistic attitude, and a proactive, self-motivated work ethic.
  • Possess a basic understanding of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices.
  • Have practical experience operating standard kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, deep fryers, and various knives.
