- Position Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Western Cuisine Chef to join our culinary team!
- Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a diverse range of Western dishes with consistency, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strictly adhere to established recipes and plating standards to ensure consistently high-quality output.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in full compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with food preparation tasks—including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients—to ensure a smooth and efficient service flow.
- Precisely control cooking times and temperatures to ensure every dish is cooked to perfection.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure that orders are prepared and delivered accurately and in a timely manner, while maintaining high quality standards.
- Strictly observe all safety protocols at all times, and operate various kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor throughout all shifts.
- Job Requirements
- Possess extensive and solid professional experience as a Western Cuisine Chef (or in a role specializing in similar culinary styles).
- Demonstrate deep professional knowledge of Western culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and plating standards.
- Possess the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining precise attention to detail.
- Exhibit excellent teamwork skills, a positive and optimistic attitude, and a proactive, self-motivated work ethic.
- Possess a basic understanding of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices.
- Have practical experience operating standard kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, deep fryers, and various knives.
