Position Overview We are seeking an Assistant General Manager focused on operational excellence and committed to elevating both the guest and employee experience. This hands‑on, hospitality‑driven leader plays a key role in daily operations, leading on the floor with warmth, professionalism, real‑time coaching, and active feedback. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
