Fall City Floating provides shuttle and tube rental services to make floating the Snoqualmie River safer, more fun, and environmentally sustainable. We're heading into our 12th summer season and are looking for a strong, reliable leaders to step into our Assistant General Manager roles for Summer 2026. About Us We're a tight-knit team of around 60 seasonal staff who work hard, move fast, and take pride in running a safe, efficient operation on the river.

deliver a great experience for customers while maintaining high standards for safety and environmental stewardship. This is not just a summer job. It's a leadership role with real responsibility and impact on daily operations.

Now Hiring:

Assistant General Manager As the Assistant General Manager, you'll work directly with the General Manager to oversee daily operations across all departments. You'll be responsible for execution on the ground, supporting supervisors, and stepping in wherever needed to keep the operation running smoothly. This role requires strong leadership, good judgment, and the ability to stay composed under pressure.

What You'll Do:

Support the General Manager in running day-to-day operations Oversee all departments to ensure consistency, efficiency, and safety Lead Department Supervisors and provide direction throughout the day Step in to solve problems quickly and effectively as they arise Monitor staffing levels and adjust in real time based on demand Ensure all teams are following safety procedures and company standards Assist with training, onboarding, and performance management Maintain a strong presence on-site and lead by example Communicate key updates, issues, and operational needs to the General Manager Perks of the

Job:

High-level leadership experience in a fast-paced outdoor operation Direct involvement in managing a full-scale seasonal business Opportunity to develop real-world operations and management skills 4-days-on / 4-days-off schedule from late June through Labor Day Work outdoors with a motivated, team-oriented crew

Compensation:

$1,800 bi-weekly $3,000 end-of-season performance bonus

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old Prior leadership experience required (Fall City Floating experience strongly preferred) Strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills Ability to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced, dynamic environment High level of accountability and ownership Safety-first mindset with attention to detail Willingness to step in and lead from the front How to Apply?
