We're a local small business heading into our 12th summer season , and we're looking for fun, energetic, and outdoor-loving team members to join us for Summer 2026! Department Supervisor As a Department Supervisor at Fall City Floating, you'll lead a team within your department to ensure smooth operations, strong safety standards, and an excellent customer experience. This role is responsible for managing staff, maintaining efficiency, and keeping daily operations running at a high level.

What You'll Do:

Lead and supervise your department team throughout the day Ensure all staff are following safety procedures and company standards Manage team scheduling, breaks, and shift flow during operations Act as the primary point of contact for questions, issues, and problem-solving within your department Train and support team members, providing real-time coaching and feedback Coordinate with other department supervisors to keep overall operations running smoothly Monitor workload and adjust staffing or tasks as needed throughout the day Escalate and communicate any major issues to management Perks of the

Job:

Leadership experience in a fast-paced outdoor environment Opportunity to manage and develop a team Key role in daily operations and decision-making 4-days-on / 4-days-off schedule from late June through Labor Day Strong experience for future leadership, operations, or management roles
