Job Description

We're looking for an Assistant General Manager who is energized by a dynamic environment, takes initiative, and knows how to bring out the best in a team. This role is perfect for someone who in confident and enjoys being actively involved in all aspects of the restaurant while helping shape a positive, high-performing workplace. What You'll Be Responsible For Overseeing day-to-day restaurant functions to ensure efficient service and a consistently high standard of hospitality. Working opening or closing shifts and ensure daily schedule, reservations, and operations are appropriately staffed and revenue driven. Working closely with the General Manager to recruit, hire, train, guide, mentor, and strengthen the team. Manage team assignments and tasks to ensure health code requirements and processes are enforced to maintain high standards for food quality, speed, and guest experience Collaborate with staff to create promotional videos, social posts, and digital marketing strategies to drive growth and increase revenue. Staying present on the floor—supporting staff, engaging with guests, and stepping into any role when needed. Assist GM in
TOAST POS
management, facilities management, vendor relations, prep planning and weekly ordering of restaurant supplies and inventory Creating memorable guest interactions by resolving issues quickly and delivering attentive, personable service. Monitoring performance metrics, controlling costs, and helping the restaurant meet its financial objectives. Building a supportive and upbeat work environment where employees feel motivated and appreciated. Assist in managing daily operations- FOH and BOH
- and becoming an expert with internal software and tools from POS systems to payroll What We're Looking For Prior management experience in a full-service restaurant (2+ years)
- Italian preferred High energy, outgoing personality with strong conflict resolution skills Safe Serve certification
- or willingness to gain certification
- paid training Experience using TOAST as our POS and conduct reporting, menu updates, and customer communications Confident and able to take the initiative to address and solve problems both internally and with customer interactions. Experience in many roles in a full-service restaurant

- Base Salary
- Guaranteed 40 hours a week
- based upon experience with bonus options based upon revenue growth and profitability metrics

Pay:
$24.00- $27.
