Job Summary Holiday Inn Express & Home2 Suites - Warminster, PA Sigma Hospitality is seeking an energetic, hands-on, and service-driven Dual Property Assistant General Manager to support the operations of the Holiday Inn Express and Home2 Suites in Warminster, PA. This leadership role will work closely with the General Manager and hotel teams to help drive guest satisfaction, operational excellence, team development, and overall property performance across both hotels. We are looking for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to support the team and guest experience. Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily operations for both hotel properties Support front office, housekeeping, maintenance, breakfast, and guest service operations Help ensure brand standards and guest satisfaction scores are achieved Coach, motivate, and develop team members Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently Assist with scheduling, payroll oversight, labor controls, and operational reporting Conduct property walks and ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are maintained Support revenue and cost-control initiatives Serve as Manager on Duty as needed Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of hotel management experience required Hilton and/or IHG brand experience preferred, but not required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Hands-on management style with strong attention to detail Proficient with hotel operations systems and guest service standards Schedule Requirements This position requires flexibility and availability to work: Weekends & holidays Evenings as needed Varying shifts based on business demands.
