Job DescriptionStarting wage is $15-20/hr depending on experience We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at 4701 Clark Avenue in White Bear Lake, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Assist in managing daily store operations and staff supervisionEnsure high standards of customer service and address customer inquiries or concernsOversee inventory management, including stock ordering and rotationCoordinate and participate in food preparation and quality controlProcess telephone and in-person orders efficientlyManage cash handling and financial transactionsMaintain a clean and organized work environmentTrain and mentor new team membersAssist in implementing company policies and proceduresSupport the store manager in achieving sales targets and operational goalsHandle scheduling and staff allocationEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsResolve conflicts and address employee concernsParticipate in continuous improvement initiativesQualificationsPrevious experience in customer service or retail managementStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficiency in operating store equipment and POS systemsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesBasic math skills and cash handling experienceComputer literacy, including proficiency with keyboard and touch screen systemsPhysical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate stairsFlexibility to work in various temperatures and conditionsTime management and organizational skillsConflict resolution and customer service orientationAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentFood safety knowledge and certification (preferred)High school diploma or equivalent (required)Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
