- The assistant manager is responsible for managing all aspects of customer service, store operations, leading and developing Team Leaders, Associate Team Leaders, and Team Members. Assumes total responsibility for the store.
DUTIES:

REQUIREMENTS
- Three or more years of experience in a Store Leadership role or equivalent with a demonstrated record of success.
- Demonstrated strong Operational Execution skills.
- High energy, enthusiastic - really into living a healthy lifestyle.
- Goal oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Extremely organized and able to multi-task many priorities.
- Possesses sound judgment; level headed and fair minded.
- Strong decision making skills, critical thinking, and analysis. Excellent team building skills.
- Thorough knowledge of products, buying, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Available for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the store.
