Assistant Manager - Restaurant

Job Summary We are seeking high energy, motivated individuals to add to our management team. Previous management experience is preferred. Must be able to pass a background check, a drug test. Candidate must be 21 years of age or older. Must have reliable transportation. Responsibilities Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift transitions and optimal service delivery Oversee food preparation and kitchen management to uphold quality standards and food safety regulations Handle POS (Point of Sale) systems. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including food handling procedures and sanitation practices Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally Requirements Demonstrated leadership skills with previous assistant manager or supervisory roles in quick service or casual dining environments Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and health regulations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed If you thrive in a fast-paced environment with a passion for hospitality excellence, we want to hear from you!
