Job Description

Overview Join the Everbowl Peachtree City team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager , where your leadership will help create fresh, positive, and memorable guest experiences every day. Everbowl is a fast-casual superfood café serving açaí bowls, smoothies, and other nutritious options made with simple, natural ingredients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, keeping operations organized, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency. As Assistant Manager, you will support daily store operations, motivate team members, assist with training, and help ensure every guest receives the welcoming Everbowl experience. Responsibilities Assist with daily store operations, including opening, closing, shift management, food preparation, and guest service. Supervise team members during shifts to ensure smooth service flow, accurate orders, and a clean, organized café. Support food preparation for bowls, smoothies, toppings, and grab-and-go items while maintaining Everbowl quality standards. Help manage inventory, restocking, product rotation, food handling, and waste reduction. Use POS systems, including Toast POS , for order processing, sales reporting, and transaction accuracy. Train and coach team members on food safety, customer service, recipes, portion control, and operational procedures. Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and health code compliance throughout the café. Assist with scheduling, staffing needs, shift coverage, and team communication. Help maintain a positive team culture built on accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and hospitality. Support cost control efforts by helping reduce waste, monitor labor, and protect product quality. Handle guest questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care. Assist the owner with special events, catering orders, local promotions, and community outreach as needed. Requirements Previous experience in restaurant, café, smoothie bar, quick-service, or fast-casual management preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold team members accountable. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, food handling, and proper storage procedures. Experience with POS systems, preferably Toast POS , is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and calm under pressure. Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Ability to assist with inventory, ordering, prep planning, and shift transitions. Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
