Duties Assist in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Supervise and train staff on food handling, service procedures, POS systems (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS), and safety protocols. Oversee inventory control, food production, and kitchen management to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform shift management duties, and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Support hiring processes by interviewing candidates, onboarding new team members, and fostering a positive work environment. Maintain high standards of hospitality by supervising food presentation, cleanliness, and adherence to health regulations. Collaborate with management on budgeting, food cost control, and implementing operational improvements. Experience Proven experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining establishments. Demonstrated supervisory experience with staff training, team management, and leadership development. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and kitchen operations. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking. Strong background in food safety regulations, inventory control, and food handling procedures. Experience with catering, banquet operations, or hotel food services is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally.
