Job Description
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our High Ridge, United States location. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success.
Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflowManage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standardsRun shifts, including opening and closing proceduresHandle customer interactions and resolve issues promptly and professionallyManage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial recordsAssist in inventory management and supply orderingEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and company policiesParticipate in employee training and development initiativesCollaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies for improving store performanceMaintain a clean and organized work environmentAnswer phones and process customer orders accuratelyAssist in various operational tasks as needed, including food preparation and delivery coordinationQualificationsProven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent customer service orientationProficiency in math and problem-solvingAbility to manage and motivate team members effectivelySolid understanding of food safety principles and practicesExceptional multitasking and time management abilitiesProficiency in cash handling and basic financial managementPhysical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periodsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentFood handling certification preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; some college education is a plusAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
