Job DescriptionDomino's Pizza in Jerseyville, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at our 218 South State St location. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our store operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing proceduresManage and motivate team members to achieve performance goalsEnsure high standards of food quality and customer serviceHandle cash management and financial reporting responsibilitiesAssist in inventory management and supply orderingRespond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptlyMaintain a clean and safe work environmentCollaborate with the store manager to implement company policies and proceduresParticipate in team member training and development initiativesAssist in scheduling and staffing to meet business needsQualificationsProven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a teamStrong math and problem-solving skills for effective decision-makingExcellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanorProficiency in cash handling and basic financial managementKnowledge of food safety regulations and proceduresAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPhysical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periodsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in food service or retail management preferredFamiliarity with Domino's products and procedures a plusAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
