Full-Time Job Description Truck Works North is seeking a motivated and customer-focused team member for a Sales / Counter / Management position. We specialize primarily in spray-on bedliners and also offer truck accessories, aftermarket upgrades, and installation services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, understands the truck industry, and can help manage day-to-day shop operations while driving sales and maintaining a professional customer experience. Responsibilities Assist customers in-store, by phone, and online Sell spray-on bedliners, truck accessories, and related services Prepare estimates, invoices, and work orders Coordinate scheduling and communication with installers and technicians Help manage daily workflow and customer appointments Maintain inventory and place vendor orders as needed Keep showroom and front counter organized and professional Build customer relationships through excellent service and product knowledge Support shop growth through strong sales and organization Qualifications Experience in automotive, truck accessories, bedliners, or retail sales preferred Leadership or management experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and invoicing knowledge Self-motivated with a positive attitude Knowledge of trucks, accessories, towing, off-road products, or spray liners is preferred Must have a valid drivers license Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Advancement opportunities Employee discounts Paid time off Team-oriented work environment
