Assistant Needed Graduation Ceremony

GradImages®, a division of Balfour & Co., is seeking dependable, energetic individuals to join our team as Team Assistants for graduation events in and around Moscow, ID! Why Join Us? This is a great opportunity to earn extra income part-time while being part of meaningful milestone celebrations. Assistants typically earn $70+ per event (events last approximately 3-4 hours) Mileage, tolls, and parking fees are reimbursed Our Peak Seasons Events are busiest during: April - June November - December Flexible availability during these peak months is strongly preferred. While most graduations occur on weekends, weekday events may also be scheduled. DRESS CODE REQUIREMENTS - MUST FOLLOW TO PARTICIPATE

Because we work directly with graduates and faculty, a professional appearance is required by our client schools: Conservative business suit required Dark colors only (to keep attention on the graduates) Hair must be natural-looking, clean, and neatly styled No unkempt hair or non-traditional hair colors No facial piercings allowed Tattoos must be completely covered at all times Failure to meet these dress code guidelines may result in removal from scheduled events. What You'll Do As a Team Assistant, you will support photographers and help ensure graduation ceremonies run smoothly: Help graduates with name cards, tickets, and organization Assist with lining up and directing graduates during ceremonies Maintain order and track name cards during events Support photographers and provide general on-site assistance Help ensure a smooth and positive experience for graduates and guests Important Reminders Failure to attend scheduled and confirmed events may result in removal from the team and loss of future eligibility. #IND1
