Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Duties Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using computerized systems. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, calendar management, and data entry. Assist with billing inquiries and process payments as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial record keeping when necessary. Qualifications Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred. Strong personal assistant skills with an emphasis on time management. Proficient in computer literacy, including familiarity with office software and booking systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and guest satisfaction.
