Facility:
125+ jumpers/hr capacity, Restaurant, Birthday Party Area (80+ guests)
Schedule:
Varies — includes evenings, weekends, and holidays

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
General Administration Assist in managing daily operations to meet company performance standards Maintain accurate records including incident reports, inventory logs, and staff schedules Ensure facility compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations Communicate effectively with owner and GM on operational updates and concerns Marketing, Programs & Events Support execution of grand opening campaign and ongoing promotional events Assist with birthday party bookings, group events, and corporate reservations Coordinate themed nights, seasonal programming, and community outreach initiatives Act as an on-site brand ambassador — energetic, guest-facing, and visible Financial Monitor daily sales reports and assist in meeting revenue targets Control labor costs by managing shift staffing levels appropriately Oversee cash handling procedures and assist with end-of-day reconciliation Identify opportunities to upsell memberships, food & beverage, and party packages Operational Manage shift operations across all areas: jump floor, KRAVE restaurant, and party rooms Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times across all attractions Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the facility Conduct pre-shift walkthroughs and equipment safety checks Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns and incidents Technology Operate and troubleshoot POS systems, booking software, and waiver platforms Assist with online review monitoring and guest feedback responses Support digital scheduling tools and internal communication platforms Staff Management Supervise, coach, and develop up to 50 team members per shift Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff Conduct performance conversations and support employee retention efforts Lead by example — model the energy, attitude, and professionalism expected of all staff Assist with scheduling and ensure adequate coverage for peak periods
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role Background in entertainment, hospitality, food & beverage, or retail preferred Proven ability to lead and motivate a large, diverse hourly team Strong guest service instincts — you genuinely love creating great experiences Comfortable working in a high-volume, physically active environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start) CPR/First Aid certified (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
