Shift Hours:
2:00pm-11:00pm •Would need to train on first shift for at least the first two weeks Job Description The 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing evening warehouse operations, leading associates, and ensuring the accurate, safe, and timely movement of product. This position supervises picking, packing, shipping, receiving, assembly activities, and equipment use while driving productivity, quality, and team performance. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse associates Ensure orders are picked, assembled, packed, and shipped accurately and on time Oversee receiving, stocking, and inventory organization Monitor workflow and adjust labor to meet shipping schedules Train employees on procedures, safety practices, and equipment operation Verify associates are certified when operating forklifts or hoists Conduct inventory counts and resolve discrepancies Enforce company policies, safety rules, and housekeeping standards Provide coaching, performance feedback, and disciplinary action when needed Communicate shift metrics, issues, and priorities to management Assist on the floor when necessary to meet customer demands What We're Looking For Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; additional education a plus Previous warehouse or distribution experience required Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred Experience with product assembly operations preferred Hoist and/or forklift experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment

experience preferred Quality Control experience Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills Skills & Competencies Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of inventory and shipping processes Strong communication skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality Working knowledge of warehouse safety requirements PPE Requirements Steel-toe boots are required at all times while on the warehouse floor Work gloves required when handling materials or product Additional protective equipment may be required depending on task or department Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse setting Exposure to varying temperatures depending on season Required use of appropriate safety equipmen
