Our client, an apparel company, is looking for an Assistant Print Designer to join their sleepwear team in NYC! Responsibilities Assist the print design team in creating original textile prints, graphics, and repeat patterns for sleepwear collections. Research fashion, color, and graphic trends to develop fun, trend-right artwork that aligns with brand aesthetics. Prepare artwork files, colorways, and print layouts for development and production. Support the team with strike-off reviews, revisions, and maintaining accurate design documentation. Collaborate cross-functionally with design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure timely execution of seasonal collections. Help organize print archives, artwork libraries, and seasonal design boards. Assist with packaging or branding design projects as needed. Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications 1+ year of experience in print, textile, or graphic design, preferably within apparel or sleepwear. Knowledge of textile print development, repeat patterns, and graphic design processes. Strong eye for color, layout, and trend-driven artwork. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively while remaining flexible in a growing, fast-paced department. Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the design team. Experience with packaging or branding design is a plus, but not required. Fashion or Textile Design degree preferred.Similar remote jobs
