Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support a range of project controls and reporting activities on critical projects. Our team values accuracy, organization, and clear communication to ensure success in cost control, scheduling, and project execution.

Responsibilities:

Support the setup, input, and maintenance of project data within Enterprise Planning & Controls and related software tools. Assist with the development and implementation of scheduling reports, cost reports, and forecast models for projects. Help coordinate project schedules, prepare change orders, and track project progress using earned value management systems. Perform audits, quality checks, and inspections on project controls deliverables to ensure data accuracy and compliance with standards.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or applicable experience as a substitute for the degree requirement. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to obtain OSHA 10-hour safety certification.
