Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager

Brick and Stone Master is the leader in masonry repairs and stone projects in our industry. This is NOT a technology project management role. Brick & Stone Master is a premier masonry company that is looking for a new assistant project manager. A custom growth plan will be put in place for you to allow for a promotion to Project Manager after 6 months of employment and hitting designated monthly sales goals for 3 consecutive months. We are located in Roanoke and a local candidate in the Roanoke, Southlake, Colleyville, Keller corridor is preferred. A company truck, health insurance, matching IRA, and a company phone will be provided after grace period.

Responsibilities include:

Managing production crews and jobs, assign and coordinate jobs with different crews. Experience with Sketch Up or design program is a plus. Supervise job budgeting, coordination of materials, scheduling, and completion of each job at the highest quality from beginning to end. Resolve problems quickly as they arise and perform problem solving and escalation when needed. Provide and communicate clear and accurate pricing, scopes of services, and job estimates in a timely manor. Monitor and follow-up on all assigned jobs ensuring that client needs are met. Communicate and establish rapport with commercial, insurance and residential customers.

Required Experience:

Either a construction management bachelors degree or 1-2 years of in field experience.

• Every week you accrue paid time off which over a year period which equates to 5 paid vacation days, 2 paid sick days, and 5 paid holidays.

Paid vacation time carries over if not used by the end of year and can be used anytime as long scheduled and approved at least 1 month in advance. Vacation, holiday or sick pay is straight pay over scheduled hours of work.
