Job Description

Overview Join the Blue Frog Property Management Team! This imporant role is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day property management for the Fox Valley region at Blue Frog Property Management. We are looking for someone who is customer-service focused, has high attention to detail, and is proactively willing to go the extra mile to help the team. Our growing company has opportunities for advancement for the right individual.
Tasks include:
Assist the Property Managers and residents in our Fox Valley/Oshkosh zones in a timely and professional manner while building customer loyalty. Participate in our phone queues, answering phones to assist tenants with showings, applications, maintenance, and other questions. Assist the Property Manager in monitoring all aspects of the properties in your region including monitoring vacancies, upcoming move-outs, maintenance, etc. Proactively communicate with owners, under the direction of the Property Manager, regarding their properties. • Assist with monthly meetings with owners discussing their portfolio performance including vacancies, upcoming move outs, delinquencies, and financials. Ensure resident concerns are being responded to timely and thoroughly. Sending five-day notices and other lease violations to tenants as needed. Following up on lease violations to make sure they are corrected in a timely fashion. Responding to emails, assisting the Property Manager with day-to-day needs, and working in our property management software (Buildium), completing tasks in a timely manner. Occasional showings or property visits within the area. Other duties as assigned. This position is very important to the Blue Frog organization. We are looking for someone who is a team player and dedicated to helping us to continue to grow while providing top-notch service to our owners and residents.
Requirements:
Highly desirable candidates have experience working in property management, minimum 1-2 years preferred. Comfortable working with a high level of attention to detail. Possess superior customer service and problem-solving skills. Willing to take the initiative to research and resolve issues and complaints. Must be knowledgeable about state and local rental laws and processes, or willing to learn. Must be well-spoken and be able to communicate with tenants, vendors, current owners, and residents in a way that inspires confidence and builds customer loyalty. Ability to follow through on all commitments. Ability to follow Corporate policies and recommend improvements as appropriate. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as a team player with the willingness to help the business however needed. Must be able to multi-task and shift direction as needed depending on business needs. Ability to deal with difficult situations and people in a positive and helpful manner. Excellent administrative skills (professionalism on the phone, e-mail etiquette, well-organized, etc.). Must be comfortable with technology and have the ability to become proficient in Buildium, Tenant Turner, Happy Inspector, and other supporting software systems. Strong computer skills including proficiency in MLS, Microsoft Word and Excel.
Compensation:
$45,000-$52,000 based on experience. This is a salaried position. Summer hours (optional) from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Eligible for company's Group Health Insurance plan. You will receive paid time off (PTO) and paid company holidays. You will be eligible to participate in the Company's
