Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Property Management Assistant to help support daily operations. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily property management operations
• Inspections of rental properties
• Respond to tenant inquires and provide support
• Maintain organized records, files and documentation
• Coordinated maintenance requests and follow-up as needed
• Perform general administrative duties & assisting duties

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Quick learner with positive attitude
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Previous administrative or property management experience preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft package, Adobe and Excel
• High school diploma
• Clean and reliable vehicle
• Valid driver's license
