Job Overview We are seeking a talented and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. As a Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing delicious meals that meet the dietary needs of our guests while ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus. Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and standards. Assist in menu planning, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during meal periods. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Utilize proper knife skills for food preparation, ensuring efficiency and safety in the kitchen. Participate in catering events as required, providing high-quality food service to guests. Experience Previous experience in a culinary role or food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with dietary aide responsibilities and menu planning is advantageous. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Experience working in a restaurant or catering setting is a plus.
