We provide well-cared-for housing solutions of both classic and remodeled apartment units with a long-term hold strategy. We believe our direct ownership, management, and investment in our properties leads to residents with higher satisfaction, longer tenancies, and prospering communities.
Summary :
We are currently hiring an Assistant Property Manager that will primarily be focused on leasing-related responsibilities for all our properties while also assisting our Property Manager with the overall operations for 200+ units. We operate out of our centrally located office in Kenmore, with all properties within a 7-mile radius.
Responsibilities :
  • Respond timely to lead inquiries, schedule and conduct tours, follow up with prospective residents via call, text, email, and social media platforms.
  • Perform prescreening and screening procedures as well as process rental applications to determine prospective eligibility.
  • Prepare and issue lease documents in property management system.
  • Data entry of guest cards into the system.
  • Assists with administrative portions of move-in and move-out tasks.
  • Field and intake other resident communications or complaints.
  • Provide high quality service to residents, applicants, and third-party vendors.
  • May perform other duties as assigned by management team.
Attributes & Qualifications :
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional or sales environment, property management or related experience preferred.
  • Comfortable using computers, and web-based applications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
  • Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Willing to 'roll up their sleeves'.
  • Maintain strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range :
65,000 - 80,000 DOE Annual Base Salary, additional annual bonus based on company and individual performance. Benefits - Medical & Dental with 100% premiums covered for employee and 50% for dependents, 401(k) matching, accrues 15 days paid time off per year, 7 paid holidays each year. How to
