Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Property Manager specializing in multifamily residential communities! In this energetic role, you will support the overall management of property operations, ensuring exceptional resident experiences and maintaining property standards. This property is under renovation offering experience in turning a property around to provide a nice place to live for our residents. Your proactive approach will help drive leasing success, uphold compliance with HUD regulations, and foster positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your property management skills while contributing to a vibrant community environment. Duties Assist in managing daily property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance coordination Support lease administration processes, including tenant screening, lease signing, and renewal procedures using property management software Entrata Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, HUD certifications and other legal requirements Handle customer service inquiries professionally via phone and in person, addressing resident concerns promptly and effectively Maintain accurate data entry, filing systems, and legal administrative records related to property management activities Support conflict management efforts by mediating tenant issues and facilitating resolution strategies Assist with property maintenance oversight, ensuring facilities are well-maintained and repairs are documented using Entrata Skills Strong knowledge of HUD processes, Landlord-Tenant Law, and Fair Housing regulations Proficiency in Entrata a plus and Microsoft programs Experience with legal administrative tasks related to leases, contracts, and compliance documentation Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and relationship management abilities Ability to negotiate lease terms and upsell additional services or amenities to residents Skilled in conflict management and problem-solving within a fast-paced environment Familiarity with property maintenance procedures, facilities management, data entry accuracy, and filing protocols Office experience combined with administrative expertise to support day-to-day operations effectively This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in multifamily property management while making a positive impact on residents' lives. $22.00 per hour
