My Wireless Assistant Retail Store Manager:

Management experience in a similar field (Required), preferably in the Wireless Industry Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required) Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required) Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required) Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required) Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required) Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location) Bachelor's degree (Preferred) Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry (Preferred) Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred) Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent.
