Overview:
We're looking for a people-first Assistant Sales Manager with a strong track record in sales and team support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on coaching others, driving daily performance, and building lasting customer relationships while supporting the overall sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Support & Motivate:
Assist in coaching sales reps on daily activities, reinforcing accountability, and supporting individual growth.
Drive Daily Performance:
Help implement sales objectives, track progress, and maintain momentum toward team goals.
Customer-Centric Focus:
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring consistent follow-up to drive retention and referrals.
Operational Support:
Partner with the Sales Manager and leadership team to execute sales strategies and maintain efficient showroom operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with finance, service, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Foster Positivity:
Contribute to a supportive, high-energy environment that values teamwork, accountability, and development.
Qualifications:
Sales Experience:
Proven success in automotive sales; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Integrity & Emotional Intelligence:
Demonstrates strong character, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions.
Coaching Ability:
Passion for mentoring and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Communicator:
Able to clearly convey expectations, provide feedback, and connect with both customers and team members.
Results-Oriented:
Driven to meet and exceed goals while supporting the success of the broader team.
