36 weeks A school district in Aurora, IL is seeking School Psychologists for in-person, school-based positions for the 2026-2027 school year . Openings are available across elementary school sites , a severe/profound program , and outpatient evaluation services . The district is open to full-time or part-time candidates based on availability and assignment preference. The School Psychologist will provide psychological services to support student learning, mental health, and eligibility determination, and will collaborate closely with school staff and families. Available Assignments Elementary Schools (2 positions) Assessment, MTSS support, special education testing, eligibility meetings, and crisis response One site serves a heavily Hispanic population; bilingual Spanish skills are a strong plus Severe/Profound Program Medically fragile students with significant cognitive impairments Approximately two days per week with flexible scheduling Outpatient Evaluations Evaluations and meetings related to private placements and district programs Locations typically within 30 minutes of Aurora Approximately two days per week with flexible scheduling Assignments may be combined depending on district needs and candidate preference.Position Details Schedule:

Virtual or in-person, depending on availability Responsibilities Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments Support MTSS and intervention planning Participate in eligibility determinations and IEP meetings Respond to crisis situations as needed Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state guidelines Requirements Active Illinois PEL with School Psychologist endorsement Master's degree in Psychology or related field preferred School-based experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply Bilingual Spanish skills preferred for select assignments Ability to work fully in person Ability to meet all federal, state, and local requirements Onboarding District fingerprinting required Orientation details provided prior to start Compensation $80 per hour (local) For more information or to apply, please contact:Cyrus Vess National Recruitment Manager Amergis Email:
