Assistant Service Manager (car dealership)

Route 46 Nissan is looking for an Experienced Nissan Service Advisor/Writer . The right candidate should have a long history of Excellent Customer Service preferably with Nissan, but we will consider those with experience in other brands.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience as service advisor/writer. Invoicing and vehicle knowledge. CDK Experience strongly preferred. Bi-Lingual in Spanish a PLUS. Computer and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide top tier customer experience to every customer from start to finish. Greet customers in a timely fashion and assess all needs and concerns. Verify owners' information (address and contact info) and any warranty or service contracts that they have. Provide accurate, thorough, and transparent explanations of required repairs and service recommendations. Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicle throughout the process. Maintain a clean and organized service area while adhering to dealership policies and procedures. Make sure paperwork is filled out properly and completely. Provide accurate and thorough estimates of repairs and maintenance needs of customers' vehicles. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and stay organized in a busy environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
