We support contractors and construction professionals throughout the region and we are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive assistant to support office operations and accounting administrations. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety throughout the day and is comfortable handling administrative support, light accounting tasks, office coordination and document management. Job Overview Executive & Administrative Support duties: Assist with calendar management and scheduling as needed Help organize and manage email inboxes Provide occasional administrative support to the company leadership Handle small errands such as post office, bank deposits, and office related runs Accounting & Office Support Data entry for credit cards receipts Data entry for vendor invoices that do not require purchase orders Assist with organized invoice filing systems

Pay:

$49,968.96 - $55,000.00 per year
