) to help oversee daily operations and drive the success of our retail open concept store. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service, ensuring that both employees and customers have a positive experience. This role involves managing staff, maintaining inventory, and implementing sales strategies to achieve store goals. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve store targets and provide exceptional customer service. Help oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training of new employees. Manage inventory control processes to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize shrinkage. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue. Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to staff for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Skills Proficient in inventory management techniques and tools. Solid understanding of budgeting principles and payroll processes. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in recruiting and training staff. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
