Full Job Description Position Summary:

Friendly, reliable floor staff responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and fun environment on the game room floor. Primary duties include customer service, machine operation and troubleshooting, enforcing safety and house rules, cash handling, and basic cleaning/maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests, explain games/pricing, and assist with game operation and controls. Monitor game floor for safety, disruptive behavior, and rule violations; intervene and de-escalate the situation as quick as possible. Report any technical issues to management. Keep game area clean and organized: wipe surfaces, pick up trash, empty bins, and ensure walkways are clear. Keep tables clean. Conduct closing/opening floor checks and complete required logs or shift reports. Promote special offers, events, and loyalty programs; answer guest questions about promotions. Follow all health, safety, and emergency procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous customer service or arcade/recreational facility experience is a plus. Able to stand and walk for long periods; lift up to 25-50 lbs occasionally. Must be at least 21 and older and authorized to work in the United States .

Skills and Attributes:

Excellent customer service and communication skills. Friendly, patient, and calm under pressure. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Working Conditions:

Indoor, noisy environment with flashing lights. Evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts common. May require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

Preferred:
