Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our vibrant educational community. In this role, you will collaborate closely with lead teachers to create a nurturing and engaging Montessori learning environment for children across early childhood, preschool, and lower elementary ages. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help foster a love of learning, support individual developmental needs, and promote positive behavior in young learners. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in implementing curriculum plans aligned with developmental milestones and educational standards. Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and facilitating smooth transitions between activities. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote literacy, math skills, social-emotional development, and creativity. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to active learning and exploration. Requirements Prior experience working with children in early childhood education, preschool, or childcare settings. Knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents, and students. Ability to demonstrate patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm in a dynamic classroom environment. Certification or coursework related to early childhood education, especially Montessori education.
Pay:
$23.00 - $27.00 per hour
