Assistant Toddler Teacher

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities Assist in implementing age-appropriate curriculum development tailored to toddler needs, including literacy education and early intervention strategies Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging environment for children Work closely with lead teachers to monitor and support individual learning goals, including special education needs when applicable Engage children in activities that foster language development, math skills, and overall cognitive growth using Montessori methods or other educational frameworks Manage behavior management techniques to encourage positive interactions and emotional regulation among toddlers Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about daily activities, developmental milestones, and classroom updates Skills Strong understanding of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques Experience working with children in daycare or preschool settings, particularly with toddlers Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and engage with families effectively Join us in creating a joyful learning environment where every toddler can thrive!
