Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive healthcare services across diverse patient populations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, demonstrate excellent patient assessment skills, and have experience working in various healthcare settings. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will deliver primary care, manage acute and chronic conditions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal health outcomes. Duties Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to diagnose medical conditions accurately. Order, perform, and interpret tests and analyze records, Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication administration, injections, and other therapeutic interventions. Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems to document patient encounters efficiently. Provide health coaching, education on disease prevention, family planning, and lifestyle modifications tailored to patient needs. Collaborate with specialists in areas such as gastroenterology, infectious disease care, geriatrics, behavioral health, and hospice & palliative medicine for comprehensive patient management.

Qualifications:

Valid Family Nurse Practitioner license with current certification from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or equivalent credentialing body. State of Rhode Island Nurse Practitioner License 1+ years of expereince in a similar setting

Sign On Bonus Pay:

$115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
